How do i get locked photos off of my Treo 700 phone to my computer? Palm OS?

I have a Treo 700 and I have about 9 pictures someone has sent me that have the padlock symbol on there now. I would like to transfer them to my pc but I cannot. I have tried filez and email but they still won't let me. I have transfered the files to an SD card and then to my computer but they come out in a .JPE format and are unreadable. They will not let me beam the pictures or bluetooth them. Any help would be appreciated.
