Is a good deal if I change from a Palm Treo 600 to a UTStarcom Apache?

My Palm Treo 600 is getting broken piece by piece every day, and the carrier is no longer selling Treo 600. Instead they are offering to me an UTStarcom Apache.
Is it posible to move ALL the information/data from the Palm OS in my PC to the Apache?
How do you compare the Palm 600 with this Apache?
