I just got a Palm Smartphone - after 30 min. of no use, I have to re-type password (synced w/ my Microsoft Outlook from work). Can i turn that off? On other phones, I can go to menu, settings, passwords (personal tab), then change to prompt if unused for 30 minutes to 24 hours, but on this phone I cannot find that option. Help?? It's SOOO annoying - mainly because our outlook passwords require one capital letter, and at least one number. so it's a pain to type - takes me too long, and just annoying to be honest. Thanks so much for any useful info for me.

There is no "Configure server". there are just the following:
sync, syncXpress, Sync Settings, SyncXpress settings, Push / ReadySync Setup, Connection Setup, ActiveSync Setup, Connection, View, and About Wireless Sync. Any thoughts about where to go?
ok - i found configure server. the password IS already saved. it's saved, but still asks me every 30 minutes (if not in use) to re-enter, even though when I pull it up in the configure server it's saved, and the "save password" box is checked. thoughts?

I work for Verizonw Wireless so this should be no prob to get fixed. What you need to do is go into the programs screen and click on the Wireless Sync icon. once it is loaded use the top right soft key to open the menu. Go to configure server then there will be a place in the setup to save your password. And that should fix it.
