Are blackberries the highest end cell phones you can get?

Or at least up there? Also, are they really worth getting?

I've had everything from AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and now T-mobile.

After my contract expires, I'm thinking of just getting a Blackberry. I can afford it and what not, it's really unaffordable, I don't understand why celebrities get them, and why they're looked at as being the most high-end accessory you can have.

They're very highly spoken of and I want to know the ups and downs with them, and also if they have good plans and coverage, or are you going to eend up paying like $100 a month for them.
