I just found a T-mobile blackberry. Can I use this on my sprint account.?

I hgave heard of people changing thier I -phones to receive any service. Do I need to do something like this to change my phones over?
I found It a friends. She gave it to me.

Yeah, you can switch it to only GSM networks. T-Mobile, and AT&T ....VZW and SPRINT are CDMA
