i send my photos to my friends phone and he said that he didn't receive it,,i send it back like three times, but it still didnt go through,,can somebody help me,,i have a pearl blackberry phone,

i have a blackberry curve from tmobile and i had the same problem.here are 2 things i tried doing. instead of going to the actual picture and hitting send thru mms i would go to the message section of the phone and choose compose mms. that seemed to work. but before that i had the same problem and what the tmobile people told me was that it was because i didnt have a blackberry plan on my phone which i thought was weird. i got the plan for 20 bucks and the problem stopped. hope this helps

That happened to me and everyone else I know with a pearl. I called my service provider (t-mobile) and they walked me through the steps necessary to get it all fixed up. I don't know about you, but I also used to not receive photos either. Also, when you call, use another phone because they will probably ask you to access a few menus that you won't be able to get to while you are on the phone.
