How can I copy all my phone contacts to the SIM card on a Blackberry 6230?

I have an older Blackberry, model 8230, and I want to copy all my contacts to the SIM card (or as many as I can) so that I can transfer all my numbers to another phone (CECT P168+). The P168 allows me to copy all the contacts on the SIM card into internal memory, so that's not a problem.

Does anyone know how I can copy my contacts to the SIM card? A method that would copy all the numbers would be preferable, but going one by one would work as well.
