can some1 help me with my blackberry phone?

i need alot of help with my blackberry pearl the manuals dont help at all!!well 1st i needhelp with finding my pin code for blue tooth i tried 0000 but that didnt work do u need a bluetooth device to exchange pics with other ppl? and does it have video? how to change my ringtone for the text messages?
