indepedent reviews and information? I'm deciding on a new cell phone, and am looking for good independent reviews on them. Looking for all the standards like price, quality of connection, coverage area.

In addition, looking for information on web enabled phones and blackberry type devices and how they compare with a PDA. And also if web enabled phones are able to work with a PDA with Bluetooth and wifi.
