i have a metro pcs phone..it has blue tooth..i just dont know where to go to connect my bluetooth..people say go to connection but my phone doesnt have that..can anyone help??please you will be a big help thank you

My previous phone was Samsung, under main menu scroll to tools and settings and click, scroll to connections, click and bluetooth should be there. Follow directions.

Are you using bluetooth to transfer files?

if so you might want to purchase an external device such as kensington bluetooth USB only if you are certain that you have bluetooth; check the manual that came with the phone or internet search.
