Default Deleting message on phone display of Samsung G600?

I have a Samsung G600 and on the opening screen I have the following display 01452 %351. This has only recently started appearing on my phone and I can't get rid of it, I've tried everything and so has a couple of my friends who are usually very good with new technology. 01452 is the dialling code for Gloucester, but have no idea what %351 is. I live 4 miles outside Gloucester and %351 only appears when I get within half a mile of home. I don't want this on my phone, can anyone tell me how to get rid of it please and also why there should be a percentage sign in amongst the numbers?
