Restoring files from .stg backup

Hi,

I have a .stg backup file made from a C72 and I'd like to know whether it's possible to get the files from the backup using some tool or trick. My cell phone was stolen so I'm not able to restore using Siemens MPM tool.
I tried to restore the backup to the PC using STGViewer but nothing happens after I select the folder where the files from backup should be copied to.
