sony ericsson: w810i- has great sound quality. 20mb of phone memory and can support a 4gb memory stick pro duo. camera is very exceptional with 2 megapixels, 4x digital zoom and video recording.

nokia: to be honest there aren't very many Nokia phones that are MP3 players, at least ones that aren't $600. the nokia5300 is a good choice but that one is for t-mobile and if you're looking for sony that must mean you're with at&t.

go with the 810i i promise it will not dissapoint

Nokia N95 is a great music and camera phone.

Just hope you can afford it =) Very pricy
