It's easy. I just had my T610 unlocked a few weeks ago. Just call customer service from your phone(611). I believe the rule is that you must have had the phone for 90 days before they will unlock it. As long as this is not a problem, they should send you an unlock code with intsructions within a few hours. Also, its free. Enjoy.
