Sony Ericsson P1i contacts help please..?

hi everyone.=) i really need a help here. is it possible for me to synchronize my contacts on O2 Atom to my Sony ericsson P1i? or is there anything that i can do for them to have the same contacts/phonebook? Its very hard for me to transfer 1 by 1 because i have more than 500 contacts on my o2 atom. thanks.. points for you!=)
