Sony ericsson - sell on ebay or trade in??

hey all, ive got the k800i, i know you can get about 50 pounds for these on ebay, but went to c my cousin 2nite and she told me about the trade in service at 02, now ive had the same number for about 2 years..would i get a good deal on an exchange or sell on ebay??cheers
