Does anyone know how to change the display word TMO on the front screen of sony

ericsson w200i cell phone? I just got this sony ericsson w200i cell phone...n i cant find where to change the display word TMO in the front screen...with something else..i dont want TMO in front of the screen but i want to replace it with another word...if anyone who have this phone n know how to do it...can u please help me...n tell me how....thanks...
