Default Water Damage to Sony Ericsson K610i?

Okay, so about a month or two ago, i dropped my phone in the sink( it was a full up sink).
I took out everything, well battery, sim, and dried it out, now works fine, apart from the occasional turning off, which I know is the battery.

Now the main thing that annoys me is the screen, underneath it, are several blobs, where water was and has left a mark. It just needs to be wiped off?

Does anyone know how to take the front off, or screen off of the phone, without damaging it?

Help neeeeded!
Thankyou!

i know how annoying that can be, i can imagine it on my screen
just take it to a technician thingumabobby, cuz i think that taking off the screen could do real damage.
