How do I play videos on my Sony Ericsson W810i?

Hi, I have a cingular Sony Ericsson W810i and I already know that I can't use MP3's over a certain size as ringtones, but I've attempted to upload small videos to my phone (between 1-10 megs) and they just wont play. How do I remedy this? I've tried WMV's and MPEGs and MOV files. I've put them in all the folders on the phone when I connect it to my computer, nothing seems to work. All suggestions are helpful.
