How can I unlock an Ericsson T28 World cell phone for free?

It's currently locked to a Cingular code. Any help would be much appreciated. On bought it on Ebay and the seller was honest. I overlooked that it was a Cingular phone. I have T-Mobile. Thanks you any and all help!
