Sending email on Sony Ericsson W800i?

Help! i set it up to send through Wap GPRS , not 02 prepay GPRS.
I want to send an email with picture attachment, but it just keeps loading trying to send" connecting to server" also when i try the internet it says "settings not valid , check with your provider and try again" im on pay monthly with o2
