I have tried to download but get a message stating i need firmware v R1KC or higher. My phone updater says in have the newest fimrware available. How can i check the version on my phone and how can i upgrade? Hope you all can help!

T here is a secret menu that lets u check allsorts of info on these modells its .. push right then star button... left left star ..... left star .... in fairly quick succesion.. should do the trick.. there is nothing in there that can ruin ur phone its just information...
