I realize they make commission on the service and accessories, but not the phone. My question is...does anyone know if they miss out on some commission if you use your employeer to get a discount?

I know for example Sprint gives you a 25% discount if you are a Chase Bank employee. Would the person who is selling you the contract at sprint make more money if you weren't using a employee discount?

Hopefully there is someone out there who does or has worked for a cell phone service provider. Thanks
