Default cingular wireless question?
what do you dial to get customer support after hours on your cell phone?

Dial 611 for their information center and maybe you can have your question answered on the automatic answers... if your question isnt covered on their automated system... you will have to wait until a customer service rep. is available

Cingular wireless currently doesn't provide customer support after 9 pm. They do provide additional customer support by dialing 611 from your mobile phone. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS BESIDES TECH SUPPORT...THEY ARE CRANKY AND HOLD TIMES ARE HUGE
