cingular/at&t phones with flashing battery?

i need to get a new phone, it has to be from cingular/at&t and i really wamnt one that i can get a flashing battery for. also it has to have a alarm on it, that is something i use everyday. i would like it to be a cam. phone but it isnt something that i "need" to have. does anybody have any ideas? i have a razr v3 right now but i've had it a long time & its getting old. PLEASE give me some ideas.
