First of all, turn the phone off and keep it off because if you keep pushing buttons while it's on, you're going to fry the battery. There is still hope for your phone. What you need to do is take the battery out and put the phone in a cup of rubbing alcohol. (Rubbing alcohol absorbs water.) After the phone has sat for a while, take it out of the cup and put it on the top of a TV, computer screen or cable box. The warmth from any of these devices is enough to gently dry out your cell phone over a period of 24 hours. A friend of mine who works for Cingular, now the new at&t, told me this trick. If it doesn't work, it could be that your phone is corroded and will need to be replaced. Do you have insurance? If not, you can find cheap phones on Ebay, just make sure the user has 100% positive feedback. I hope I helped. Good luck.
