Where can i buy a cheap(at&t-cingular compatible)cell phone!?

hi,
i have $30 to buy a phone on this card to use online and want a chaper than $30(b/c of shipping) cingular razor cell phone! without having to get a plan cause I have a cell phone already buy it has a crack and now gets horrible receprtion!
so if anyone knows plez post i appreciate any suggestions!
