Stolen Cingular/AT&T cellphone!?
I recently had my cell phone stolen just two days ago. I know where I lost it and when I went back it was not there. I then called it and it was off. I have deactivated it so whomever stole it cant use it. why did the person turn it off anyways? I was also wondering whether they can still use it by changing the SIM card? and because it's already reported Lost/Stolen, if they try to activate it with whatever cellphone company, cingular or any other, will the company know its stolen?
