and cuts out.? have a family plan, my other 3 lines my family use sound fine, but no matter what phone I have bought over the years, my reception sounds bubbly, underwater, cuts in and out, sometimes I miss calls or they get dropped. I've changed sim cards 2 times, but it never gets better. Cingular is useless on trying to fix this. Any ideas?
