Does Cingular still give the discount on phones if you are adding a phone to an

existing plan.? If I pay for the phone, my parents will add me to their plan. Does Cingular still give the discount if I sign for the 2 year contract, only on my parents plan?

Oh, where is the best deal for the LG VU and the iPhone?
