you need to find a prepaid sim card (not necessarily an cingular one) and get the old pone unlocked which if you search google you might find a tutorial or just find a local cart in your mall with unlocked phones and allow him to do it for about 25 bucks.or buying a new cheap one might not be so bad oh cingular should be able to sell u a prepaid sim card.
