I lost my cellphone (ATT). I got insurance..?

Okay...

How do I get another phone? A different phone perhaps.

I'm thinking of getting a Phone worth 200+ dollars, but with 2 year subscription..its about 70 dollars.

Now, can I get that phone? Will that open a new subscription?
