Cheap online AT&T cell phone w/o signing a contract & I dont want Pay as You Go?

I want good answers and I need a website with cheap cell phones but not cheap quality and no contract i am already in cingulars contract or maybe somebody on here has a phone i can use that they dont use anymore???

that's like the whole point of cell phone companies making money....

contract or pay as you go

they don't give service away free...

Go to Ebay and look for an unlocked phone that works on
AT&Ts network.
