Default if i have a cingular representative activate it, would the helio kickflip work on...

...cingular wireless? because right now i have cingular, however i want the helio kickflip.
and i also know a place where i can get the kickflip for a really great price...so yeah

Not at all. Helio and Cingular are two completely networks and are not compatable with each other. Cingular's phones use a sim card to register to the network. Helio phones do not use sim cards. Tmobile and Cingular are both compatable,they are both GSM providers. You will be able to use a phone from either side if the phone is unlocked.
