AT&T- Great phones and pretty good deals. However, they have the WORST customer service and more than difficult to work with.

Verizon- Good phones but somewhat more expensive. They have fantastic customer service and work with you to resolve any issues.

If you are willing to pay , Verizon's customer service is worth the extra cost. They also have family plans that are more functional. I hope this helps!
