I was given a Cingular Go phone from a friend, I would like to know if I can use it now that Cingular is AT&T. And would it now act as a AT&T Go phone? Or if that wouldn't work, is it possible to buy a AT&T go card and put it in a Cingular Go phone?

My boyfriend had a Cingular phone and tried to put a card on it, and it wouldn't work. He called them up and they said he needed a new SIM card. (Since they're now AT&T.) So, you'll probably have to purchase a new SIM card at a local AT&T store and put it in the phone. They're only a few dollars. After this, the phone should be good to go.
