I Have T-mobile Phone That Has Never Been Unlocked. Usually While I'm At Work I Have A Weak Signal,but Today It Started Picking Up The Cingular Network With A Full Signal. I Made A Call And It Actually Went Through. Can Anybody Tell Me Why This Is Happening And If I'll Get Charged Extra? Or Am I Just Getting Free Service Through Another Provider?

Okay, what your phone is doing is roaming, which means they will pick up any phone tower closest to get a signal. There is a setting on your phone so you can turn it on or off or automatic, your phone right now is on automatic, once the signal gets too low, your phone automatically roams. Now depending on your plan, it can charge your account or it can be free, it depends.
