cingular pre-pay cell phones??

if me and a friend both have a cingular pre-pay phone can we talk for free or does it still burn up our minutes..

No, all pre-paid phones do not give free minutes to their companies callers. You would have to pay the standard rate for all of your calls. I recently had one and it totally wasted my money with the high call and text rates.
