Default Why won't my (Cingular) cell phone let me make a long distance call to my

friend in another state? I've never had this problem before, we talk on the phone every day since he moved like 2 months ago. Now when I call this morning it says "You're call can not be completed at this time. Please try again later." Then it says the same thing in Spanish. Is this a temporary problem or do you think his phone got suspended or something? I was supposed to call him this morning.
