Why can't i find the sidekick phone on the cingular website???

It's because sidekick is with T-mobile

Sidekick is a T-mobile exclusive phone. Either switch carriers or (this may cost more) buy one from T-mobile and unlock it. That means you can use your Cingular SIM with the Sidekick.
