All I have to do to fix it is turn off my phone and then turn it back on. It goes away for about a week then all of a sudden it will be back. it wont let me make or recieve calls when this happens. has this happened to anyone else. if so how did you fix it?

the card is in my phone so its not like i dont have it. my mom and dad have both had this problem with thier phones
