would like to buy two IPhones and combine it with my home and internet

bill.cingular wireless new customer? will AT&T add price in installment payments to my account?Would like to purchase two IPhones <family plan>149.99.can bills alll be combined:residential service and internet service,so I would have 1 bill. Also monthly installment payments for the phones to be billed w/resiential services?
