they sent us a bill that was over $1000 for phone calls that they claimed we made, which simply was not true. we didn't lose our phone or anything; they sent us a false bill. So we switched to t-mobile, but now their bill is affecting our credit report. we called and talked to a cingular supervisor before we canceled our plan, but they refused to waive the bill. is there anything i can do?
