I have a cell phone through AT&T cingular and i had for a year but my contract is

for two years? can i upgrade my phone even though i had it for just a year. When can i upgrade my phone how can i upgrade my phone, does it costs money to upgrade my phone because my phone is really crapy

no. you will not do anything to your contract. but you will have to pay for the phone.

yes it does cost money, but what what you can do if you want to is to get another phone thru the family pack thing. You will pay $10 a month, for the use of the line, but you will get a new phone, That line will also include a 2 year contract. Or you can go to EBAY and buy one cheaper than buy in it from the AT&T.
