ATT Cell Phone--I made a big mistake getting it....?

Got my new ATT cell today and have to get it up and running by tomorrow. Went online to get some answers and ATT needs a password. I sent for a temp. password twice and the phone is sitting there waiting and the screen on the computer swears it was sent. So, I try to get to customer service and IT NEEDS A PASSWORD. I am shit out of luck trying to get this crap down by tomorrow and ATT is sitting on its Ass.
