Cingular to go phone question?

I had a cingular to go phone
and i got it turned off
because i couldnt make the payments

can i still use a phone card if i want to get minutes on it?

I've never heard of Cingular. Do you mean a cell phone? But if it's been turned off and wont work, doesn't that answer your question?
