Question about Alltel prepaid cell phones from walmart.?

Is there an activation fee($35?) if I bought an alltell prepaid phone from walmart?
Like the one you have to pay if you buy a prepaid phone from alltel's website?

well if i were you..you mite as well just go and get verizon cuz alltel is getting bought out by verizon...
