If you have a MICRO SD CARD or a MINI SD CARD in the phone you can or if the phone is not completely broken then Alltel might be able too

IF you saved all your data on a memory card/chip, then you can extract that card from the old one to the new one. Or IF that doesnt work, IF the old one's still working, BLUETOOTH all the data to your new phone. AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK, ask Alltel if they have a service of saving data on old phones onto your new ones. They should, if you put insurance on the phone
