how do i upgrade my cell phone contract with alltel???

ok i just checked my alltel account on their website and it said that on september 26, 2009 i can upgrade my phone
i dont want to wait that long because i hate my phone

what do i have to do to get a new phone
im over those 90 days way over

PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
