Will Alltel let me swich an intenet WI-FI plan to a regular cell phone plan?

I currently have a $59.99/mo wireless internet rate plan with Alltel, they issued us a mobile phone number with our plan, so would they let us dump the internet plan and pick up a cell phone plan instead? Or will they make us cancel the internet contract for a cell contract?
